He travelled to 13 breweries across Belgium, brewing side-by-side with the leading innovators in Belgian brewing. He then brought his knowledge home with a few yeast strains specific to the Belgian style. Kevin and the awesome team at Boom Island then started to craft Belgian Beer right here in the Midwest.
