In Episode 6 of Taproom Travelers we visit Pearl Street Brewery Co. in La Crosse, WI. Started with only a dream, a 1984 Eagle Wagon and a trailer packed with brewery equipment driven from Colorado, founder and brewmaster Joe Katchever settled in La Crosse, Wisconsin to build his brewery. He and his father started out small in a subterranean brewhouse, but word soon found its way to the surface and the tastebuds of the thirsty patrons. They have since ventured above ground and found themselves in the historic La Crosse Footwear Factory. They are a fun group of people with tasty beer and a cool building in a beautiful city. What’s not to like?
